Our Pastor
Archbishop Wayne Randolph Felton is the Senior Pastor of The Holy Christian Church in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Along with his wife, Lady Deondra J. Felton, he founded the church in the year 2000 with a vision to build a Christ-centered community marked by holiness, sound doctrine, and compassionate outreach. As Archbishop, he also serves as Apostolic Overseer of The Communion of Holy Christian Churches, a global fellowship of more than 550 churches and ministries across Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

Archbishop Felton is known for preaching the Word of God with theological depth, clarity, and Spirit-filled conviction. A graduate of Tuskegee University, he pursued theological studies at Asbury Theological Seminary and continues post-graduate
theological work at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville. For more than twenty-five years, he has served as pastor, educator, and chaplain—mentoring clergy, teaching theology and Christian ethics, and guiding leaders in faith-based and educational settings. His written works, including Wisdom Beneath the Surface, Repentance, and Daily Reflections, reflect his passion for biblical discipleship and spiritual formation.

Lady Deondra J. Felton serves as Director of Women’s Affairs at The Holy Christian Church, where she leads ministries devoted to women’s spiritual growth, mentorship, and community engagement. With more than twenty years of experience in federal administration, faith-based leadership, and entrepreneurship, she also founded the BLOSSOM Girls Mentoring Program, which equips young women to pursue higher education and Christian character. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and former Tuskegee University student, she is known for her grace, creativity, and commitment to strengthening families. Through her business, D’Vine Cakes and Catering, and her two Christmas music recordings, Lady Felton continues to inspire others through service and song.

Married for more than three decades, Archbishop and Lady Felton are the proud parents of three children and grandparents of seven beautiful grandchildren. Together they seek to model Christ’s heart of servant leadership, holiness, and love, guiding the church to live faithfully for the glory of God.
